REFUND POLICY

There are NO REFUNDS. If you receive a broken item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your product for an exchange or a store credit.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of your order and shipment. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered business days for processing.

Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on your location. You will receive a system-generated email when the order is processed and a second system-generated email with tracking information once the package is in transit.

If you have not received your order and your tracking # shows it was delivered, you have 3 days to notify me.

I am not responsible for items lost in transit if the package shows delivered.  

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not automatically collect information about our shoppers. Site visitors have the option to allow cookies for the site to be stored. 

COMMUNICATIONS

Customers must set up an account in order to shop on our site. By creating the account, you give us permission to contact you by email for billing purposes. Additionally, customers have the ability to opt-in for boutique marketing communications either by email, SMS or both. We guarantee a spam-free environment.
